How to delete my Epica account?

Before you delete your account, please make sure to cancel any Epica subscriptions.

On Apple device:
• Go to your iPhone's Settings
• Tap on [your name] and choose "Subscriptions"
• Tap the subscription option related to the Epica app
• Scroll down and tap on the "Cancel" button

Subscribed directly through our website?
You can cancel and deactivate the automatic renewal for your subscription by visiting the Epica Manage Subscription. To log in, you need to use the same password that you use on the app. If you do not remember the password, you can reset it in the application.

Afterward, to delete your account entirely:
• Open the Epica app
• Go to your Profile and tap the "Gear" icon
• Click on the "Delete account" option

Note: After deleting your account, all your progress, library content, and personal data will be erased.
